id suggest going to the gym and using an elliptical. It is a good cardio machine and has very little impact on the knees. If you really don’t want to go to the gym then buy one. But trust me, your much better off going to the gym, you’ll be much more motivated in the long run.
depending on what suits you, I think gymnastics lke floorwork is great and ballet too
