This morning I had an apple, then 3 hours later I had plain light tuna fish with carrots, then 3 hours later I had 1 cup of green beans and then for dinner I had a small salad, 1/2 of a sweet potato and another cup of green beans. I ran for 20 minutes in the morning an I did 30 push ups and 100 sit-ups. Then after my last meal I went on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Then I did another set of push-ups and sit-ups and I jumped 10 minutes on my rebounder (mini trampoline).. Am I on my way to good weight Read more [...]

I love to work out but don't know what to buy, a treadmill (as I like to run) or an aero pilates machine with rebounder? I hear that pilates is great exercise and will totally transform your body faster than running.

I don't eat a lot (about 1000 calories a day)so I am a little confused on why I gained weight but it makes sense at the same time. I ordered some Jillian Micheals dvds (Ripped in 30, 6 Week 6 Pack, Yoga Meltdown and No More Trouble Zones), and Tae-Bo:Cardio Inferno. I also have a mini- trampoline, jump rope, a treadmill and an Read more [...]

I can't afford a treadmill or a gym membership, I'm legitimately allergic to UV rays, and walking around in my neighborhood when there's no light out is ill advised. I do have this mini trampoline, a large yoga ball, a yoga mat, and some dumbells. Is there anything I can do in my tiny, cramped apartment for free with these tools that will give me the same benefits as walking? Other Mini Trampoline Sites Online Read more [...]

I'm very overweight and trying to work to lose it. I have a treadmill but due to my size, the repeated workouts is giving me noticeable heel pain due to the heel strikes on the treadmill. I cannot currently afford to buy a gym membership, a new piece of low-impact equipment or even a really nice pair of high-tech shoes (like shox or 360s). I don't want to overdo and get my feet in such awful shape that I cannot continue the exercise. Please respond with suggestions for the thickest or best insoles Read more [...]
