I'm an 18 year old girl, I have a BMI of 18.4 so I'm not overweight. I have a flat tummy etc and I exercise regularly but it's mostly low impact exercise like walking, I know I'm not overweight, I just want to maintain my current weight. But I do have noticeable cellulite on both thighs which I want to get rid of. Does anyone know any good exercises for getting rid of cellulite that you've had personal success with? roads that lead to the highway I drive on, and today I saw a lady who swung her arms side to side across her body. Sometimes i see a guy walk with his arms behind his back. Share your story about the kooky walkers in your town. By the way i commend them for walking as it is a good low-impact exercise.

I go 3 miles (60 minute) walk 3 times a week and that helps me mentally and physically, but it isn't taking the weight off like I would hope for. What are some other low impact exercises that I could do that would Read more [...]

I'm 20, 6'0", ~150 lbs, and in good shape (very little body fat, skinny and toned) but looking to build some more muscle. I have a decent diet with lots of protein. I am not weightlifting regularly; instead I am doing push-ups, crunches, and pull-ups. I'll do these before and after sleeping and throughout the day. The crunches are bicycle crunches, done slowly. I do about 20 push-ups at a time, 20 crunches at a time, 10 pull-ups at a time, several of these sets mixed and matched throughout Read more [...]
