i have a really bad knee... so running isn't an option.. but i was wondering if anyone had any ideas on semi-low impact exercises for a gym.. but keep in mind.. i definitely want the exercises to be cardiovascular so i burn calories and recieve a good workout : ) thanks in advance!

    I just had two surgeries in the past two months, a laparotomy and a hernia repair.
