i was a cheerleader for 10 years, but had to stop due to injury in my hip flexors and ankles. i'm not in bad shape, but i do want to cut those extra few pounds i've put on since cheerleading. the only problem is that i need a low impact exercise, because, although i'm recovered from my injuries, they do ache and could be re-damaged if i do anything too rough. So i thought swimming could be a good alternative. is swimming effective for losing weight? Other Mini Trampoline Sites Online Read more [...]
