I really want to drop from a dress size 12 to an 8 (UK size) by christmas!
i’m starting to eat healthy. but i don’t have a lot of time for excercise! its cold and rainy where i live so i can’t go outside for a walk or anything! ![]()
i can’t afford to buy a treadmill or any other expensive equipment. but i recently found out that jumping on a mini trampoline can help to burn calories!!
has any one doe this and gotten results?
do you think it will work?
is it just usual jumping or do you have to some form of jump (hope that makes sense)lol!!!

anything that you do consistently as a form of oversize is good. you might want to reconsider your diet depending on what you know about dieting though.
when most people diet they cut 2 major things calories and fat.
be careful cutting fat because if you dont get enough it will make you more hungry and cause you to want to eat more. avoid eating too many carbs but dont cut them out completely because they also help fill you up and if you eat whole grain they give you good fiber.
