If I burn 500 calories and eat 1200 calories, can I lose weight and how much? I am a 5’6, 149 pound, 14 year old girl. I am very athletic and a good portion of my weight is muscle. I play a lot of soccer so I have large/strong legs but are a little flabby. I would have to say I have about 15-20 pounds of fat to lose.
To burn my 500 calories I will be doing Urban Rebounding (mini trampoline workout). Do not say this isn’t going to do anything for weight/fat loss because it is one of the best exercises there is out there (68% better that running, jogging and biking). I will also be doing pilates for 20-30 minutes. PLEASE HELP!

I Play soccer too and around now when the season starts I Loose around 15 pounds from all the working out… We do Stuff like crunches, lots of running, supermen, planks, 6inch, push ups, dynamic stretches.
